Isometric Poster

Working on a poster for "Integrity" as one of our UX team values at PayScale. I randomly assigned five values to each of our designers for poster creation, and ended up with "Integrity" for myself — which led to a lot of brainstorming…so I'm thinking structural integrity, a solid foundation, some sort of blueprint for expectations and success.
