personal project: illustration in a mindfulness activity book for teens that I've been working on
A crucial part of mindfulness meditation is learning to separate ourselves from our thoughts. During meditation, "watching your thoughts like you would watch a car drive by at night" can be a helpful way to picture this.
(I'm planning on animating this, any suggestions are appreciated!)
