Concierge Messaging

Some work I did for Concierge messaging on web!

Our messaging service currently exists as a modal and members don't have any context as to who they're chatting with or what the person actually does (Care Guide vs Doctor). Decided to go with the full view instead.

It's currently in development so should be in the wild by the end of this year 🙏🏼
