Employees Tracking
Upper is a B2B tracking platform that allows managers to track employee performance.
My design process for this project was primarily focused on user research, competitive audit, wireframing, and visual design.
In the attachments, you'll find some of the personas I've developed for it, based on the user interviews. The most important part of the project was having a clean dashboard, which summarizes all the employee stats for the project managers to review and take actions accordingly.
I did some animations & interactions in the process, but will share them later on...
