Manhattan Luxury Construction & Contractor Logo

My brief was to create a clean, modern, masculine logo for new luxury construction company, Parkmore Construction. They do high-profile properties in Manhattan, including some celebrity apartments, and needed an upscale look to attract more business and give them further credibility.
For their final logo suite, I created a simple monogram from scratch and paired it with timeless Caslon Small Caps tracked out.
