There is always a gap between the people that share their ideas and the team that has to develop it.
Designers need more informations about a project to analyse the persona's needs and pain points so that they can come up with a solution that improve their experience.
I am working on a template for people that want to share their ideas on our portal can use to fill all the informations we need to take it forward.
