Website Jam Session

We started a new process at @Focus Lab. Each new project gets a "Jam Session" where all available designers on the team spend a small bucket of time collabing on design. It starts with a rundown on the projects goals, strategy, potential challenges, etc. Then we all go heads down to design, coming back up for air later in the session to reveal each unique direction and discuss collective thoughts. This allows the lead designer to get a pile of ideas to start their project. It also helps to pour gas on teamwork and collaboration internally 🔥

It's a win, win. Jam on ✊

Note: This was a look from my session with @JT Grauke @Alex Sailer @Chase Turberville and @Joshua Krohn. I went after an impactful loading experience in the header that slowly transitions to a more standard website experience. Anything is allowed in a jam session 🤙
