Client Whisperer

Another quarter has gone by, which means another set of intra-company patches have been designed and awarded. Focus Lab patches are a way for us to recognize other team members for exemplifying some of these awesome characteristics.

A Client Whisperer is an expert at navigating crucial conversations with clients. And sometimes, clients can't see the forest for the trees. The Client Whisperer leads them to the finish line.
