Utopia: Social Housing

A sketch I had for a social housing complex, a series of container units stacked together. The complex would offer a complete life needs service all rolled into one rent price.
For $1k/ month, you get a 320sqft apartment that's furnished. And someone will wash your clothes, provide towels and toiletries, internet, electric all included.

My favorite idea for this would be the kitchen service, to save money and space, none of the units have kitchens. Instead there's a "food court", that serves well rounded 3 meals a day.
