Montgomery Plaza

The Montgomery Plaza is a Fort Worth landmark resurrected in the early 2000s. Originally, this building housed the Montgomery Ward, a warehouse built in 1928. Its two towers were created so trains could easily be unloaded as they passed through. I live nearby and have always been captured by the charm and history of this building. In the early mornings I often see the glow of its neon letters. Finally, its symmetry is reminiscent of The Grand Budapest Hotel, one of my favorite movies.
