Ski Holiday Settings

Today is day 7 of the Daily UI Challenge, or 007. For this challenge I had to design "settings" - and in honour of 007 films everywhere I decided to incorporate a skiing theme because it features in the film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".

If you asked anyone on the street to name an actor who played the role of James Bond, George Lazenby wouldn't be first to mind.

I'm not a big Bond fan, but On Her Majesty's Secret Service is actually the only one that sticks from my childhood out as being memorable. The chase sequence on the ski slopes is a big part of that. The mesmerising John Barry score, Blofeld and his cat, Diana Rigg, and the wonderful Louis Armstrong song played over the credits.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service is also one of the films that was used as a visual reference for the film Inception, and you can absolutely see that during the skiing sequence.
