Typographic Poster: Webcam Connotative Poster 2015

The Webcam technology connotative poster conveys the idea of face-to-face communication through an internet connection that webcam technology has made possible. Since webcam captures the image, translates it into binary numbers and sends the information to other computers through a network connection, the poster contains a similar idea that ‘webcam’ letters are transformed into binary numbers and transferred to the reversed ‘webcam’ letters. The 3-dimensional composition is suggestive of a digital 3D space that emphasizes digital technology that has made webcam face-to-face communication possible. The project at CalArts Graphic Design Program 2014.
