PKC Web

Now that we've nailed down the logo, colors and typography for PKC I've started designing a new website. I've been wanting to use a serif font lately and this is a great opportunity—PKC wants an "academic" feel to their site and a serif, this one is called Calluna, gives a feeling of sophistication. I'm enjoying the contrast between the seriousness of the serif alongside the playfulness of the tangram pieces, which, by the way, will be draggable by the user. The pieces will arrange themselves randomly around the page with each refresh and, below the footer, there's a secret puzzle that can be solved by arranging the pieces inside of a square. Check out the attached screenshot for a full view. Just FYI, the logos are placeholders.
