Google Play Music - Bōnenkai Playlist

One of the perks of this job has been getting a little insight into national holidays and customs from around the world. This illustration was made to celebrate the Japanese end of year tradition of Bōnenkai. Literally translating (according to wikipedia) as "Forget the Year," throughout December, friends and coworkers meet to drink, eat hotpot, and let their proverbial hair down. Doesn't sound bad:)
