Messaging with Concierge

We built a secure messaging support channel that allows Oscar members to get answers on their own time. When our Concierge teams receive a message, the interface provides important context including demographic info, plan info, and data-driven health tags. This means our teams can stay up to date on member health and provide answers without having to jump back and forth between other tools.
