Quickly pulled together an annotated design document for @Luke.

When working with a developer I feel that it's alway best to create a an annotated document as it's easier to collate information such as colours and typefaces, but it also allows you to specify where and when certain colours and typefaces are to be used.

These documents can as complex or a simple as needed. If the developer is working remotely I tend to make a more detailed document. If I'm able to work along side the developer then I keep the document quite simple.

How do you guys hand over your work? Or do you code all your own work?
