James Harrison – New England Patriots

Thanks to the video game Bioshock, Art Deco has a special place in my heart. For fun, I experimented with a new aesthetic approach for portraiture. I also got to play around with adding noise and gradients – two things I don't often implement.

The portrait itself is of long-time Pittsburgh Steelers' linebacker James Harrison. Harrison recently signed with NFL rival New England Patriots. I'm happy with how the piece turned out (full illustration attached.)
