Strive iOS App Part I

Recently I have been getting more involved in a regimented weight lifting and gym routine that has been helping me be more focused at work, feel healthier and improve my mood. This habit inspired me to do a design exercise around athletic tracking applications, most of which are only okay, but I feel as though they are incredibly useful tools when starting a routine. I began by reading a good deal by Jordan Morello, who has some tips and exercise routines that really worked for me, and I've applied them here into an iOS application on an iPhone X using the Sketch plug-in Angle.
