Q3 Theme - Level Up

A throwback to our very first theme for Quarter 3 - Level up.

Majority of our team are game nerds (sorry to the senior leadership team). We thought getting everyone to level up could be an awesome idea to inspire the team.

Three main characters are designer/project manager, front-end developer (react) and back-end developer (ruby on rails).

I made this one look like a magazine cover for my little editorial illustration dream.
