Production Artist

One of the things that I feel like people get stuck on a lot of the time is feeling like a conveyor-belt-production-artist. The work we do as freelancers and business owners at times feels limited when we are capable of doing much more.

When someone has to be hands down in our own work moving things that we've made pixel by pixel, it can make us feel like robots just being manipulated by levers to pump things out on a conveyor belt.

Been there a lot in my early years.

Just a small sticker that we're preparing to send to the members of the Compass of Design Community in next month's welcome kit. We're relaunching the community at the end of June for Summer Quarter.
