A perceived problem with T’s & C’s - users don’t read things, and therefore don’t understand terms, conditions, privacy, etc.

How about we approach the acceptance of terms as an experience designed to be engaged with and understood...

Look to everything but dense contracts for inspiration - speed reading, highlights, changes, audio, relative (explorable) information, etc.
