An app designed to collect information about schools' physical infrastructure and their academic performances. The surveyors download schools' information from the app before they head on to surveying. When on the field, they collect data offline and upload the data once they have internet at their office.

The app is built on top of Kobo Toolbox (http://www.kobotoolbox.org/).
