PWC Research Playback

PWC is the platform for program and portfolio management. The functionalities are well developed many years ago, but with heavy interaction pattern compares with today’s trend.

Now it’s time to bring our next generation idea of web app for more competitors, interaction pattern and the visual styling. I'm proposing the new UX redesign research playback for offering the stakeholder a vision of the next generation IPWC. I did competitor analysis, couple of interviews, study persona earlier, then finally got this chance to put them all together.
