Created on a Macintosh official web badge (circa 2002)

The 'created on a macintosh' badge is a small graphic element found at the bottom of every iTools homepage web photo album published by Macintosh customers. It served as a visual marker of the platform used to create the album, and is meant to showcase the capabilities and creativity and pride of working on a Macintosh.

In the design process for the badge, I wanted to create a simple yet impactful symbol that would appeal to Macintosh creators.

I experimented with various color schemes, sizes and layouts, eventually setting on something that would work well across every color background.

I also made sure to design the badge in a way that would be easily recognizable and easy to read and to keep the overall design simple and uncluttered.
