Sci-Fi UI #27 - Cardassian Interface

This was fun, thanks to MMKhorshidian for the recommendation. This is an interpretation of the Cardassian Interface from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, which is again another beautifully minimal and elegant user interface designed for the 24th century setting. I love the curves and geometry of the alien interface, Herman Zimmerman who was tasked in creating the architecture of the Deep Space Nine space station said “The Cardassian mind prefers balance to simmetry, ellipses to circles, angles to straight lines and hard metallic surfaces and dark colors. They don’t like ninety-degree angles.” Still obviously Chief O'Brien has no problem using the alien UI.
