Icon Study + Quick Web Mockup

Tasked with creating three matching, themed icons for Erik Kennedy's Learn UI Design course. Obviously I devoted my icons to my beverage of choice: Irish Breakfast Tea.

I created the more illustrative style first, but wanted to see if I could more simply express the ideas of the icons. So I took my sketches and pushed them to be simpler, shown in the shop icons towards the bottom.
