Add Filter

Something i've been iterating on recently. Finding a better alternative to how it currently looks at the top of the design here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/gvm25c4eft4l1so/Screenshot%202018-11-08%2011.21.14.png?dl=0)

Also, in some scenarios it could get hella' busy up there (for example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/skcg0bg5regjjyl/Screenshot%202018-11-08%2011.23.18.png?dl=0). Which is why i've moved things into the sidebar to accomodate. This is still a WIP, so feedback welcome.
