Melt away the shame!

If shame tells us we’re not DOING something to make us whole, the answer to shame is, we DON'T NEED to DO something to make us whole. We’re inherently whole. We’re enough just being ourselves.
Yes we need to regret the wrong we have done but still have to always be happy.
One needs to differentiate between two similar but different feelings, guilt, and shame: Guilt tells me “I DID something wrong” but shame tells me “I AM wrong.”
See how that’s different? One leaves room for change, the other one is crippling.
