Rabota.nur.kz – is one of biggest websites for job search and posting vacancies in Kazakhstan.

My work in this project include:
• Аnalysis of key players in the Kazakhstan market, and our audience, to identify business problems and understand how we can be more useful than our competitors;
• Conduct usability research using surveys, heat maps, google analytics statistic, skype calls with focus groups for the best understanding user problems and them pains.
• Creating prototypes with improved user experience and interface, based on users feedback.
• Update old sitemap, and create new customer journey maps with improved experience, update user personas use new data.
• Improving design for all website, Android applications and create a design for the iOS app.
• Creating a design-system for all parts of a website and mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Manage two mobile developers (iOS and Android)
