Upgraded Welcome Experience

Overhauled the design of the welcome emails users received when signing up a Premium account with MeetMindful.

We wanted to highlight features now available with an upgraded membership, as well as dynamically walk users through their next steps of being on the platform.

In this iteration of the emails, I also pushed for dynamic hero images based on a users "looking for" preferences - rather than giving every user a heterosexual couple.
