Community Reporting Dashboard

I've been working on a tool that allows folks using Stack Overflow for Enterprise to gauge their community’s health at a glance.

It wasn’t always an easy question to answer. It involved a lot of manual work: contact support, run some sql queries, discuss the results.

This dashboard gives clients an overview of their community's activity without contacting us or know how to run sql queries. It displays trends in several key categories that we use to gauge the overall health of communities at Stack Overflow. It takes all the community building knowledge that previously only existed in a minds of a few people, and makes it available to everyone.

Notes

* I lead research, UX/UI design, and front-end.
Design was inspired by some of my coworker @uxpiper’s work.
* This is build using Stacks design system and D3. It’s 100% responsive.
* I worked hand in hand with engineering, customer success, and data scientists (so fun).
