'Online Claim submission' Responsive Application - Manulife

In this project I worked (remotely) closely with the PO to identify user's pain points and come up with potential solutions, suitable for responsive web application.
In the early stages of our design process we gathered and studied user's data through web analytics, call centers, and competitive research to understand users expectations, create personas, user flows, etc.
Once we created wireframes and prototypes from our initial ideas we conducted usability tests and user interviews—through 'usertesting.com' as well as in person sessions. Next we analyzed the results both qualitative and quantitative to confirm and adapt our design to users needs and expectations.
