Micro-Interactions in HTML/CSS/JS

I transformed inspirational `Card Theme – Switch` by @Jan Hoffmann into the working prototype thanks to HTML/CSS and javascript.

It's easy to use. Just add [blink] attribute on any checkbox or radio button and you'll get the magic. Also, don't forget to include simple .js and .css files to your code.
