DOT – New ticket booking app
Today is a big day!
We launched the completely redesigned app for DOT, a collaboration between bus, train and metro companies in Denmark.
Process
Through extensive user research and almost 100 user tests on different concepts, at metro and train stations, we built a solution that supports a complex ticket and zone logic.
Result
Our focus has been to move all of the complexity out of the way and provide a simple interface for the commuters. The result is a product where a ticket can be booked with as little as 2 taps and faceID!
A product launch we are very proud of, and with many exciting updates to come!
