Weekly UI - Week 2 - Card Checkout

Week 2 of doing my own little weekly UI Challenge, this week I've whipped up a card checkout page. But i didn't want to just do that, created a summary page as well.

I think there's more I would of done to the thank you section but I was rushing to finish in the end

Anyone got any thoughts on how to improve it?
