SHIFT Brand Identity

Today we’re launching a new brand identity for a nonprofit called, SHIFT (Supportive Housing Improving Foster Transition) A few months ago Kyle & Jolyn, founders of SHIFT, reached out about developing a brand identity for their soon to be nonprofit. The couples contagious enthusiasm for reaching the marginalized carried itself into our sketches, concepts and ultimately the finished product.

Within the brand mark you will find evidence of a north star and cross bringing emphasis to values such as offering guidance and love to all of those in need.

In the word mark you will see that the “I” is slightly shifted lowering itself below the baseline of the other letters. This “I” specifically represents the individual and their change in trajectory after their encounter with SHIFT.
