Kuali Ready - Business Continuity Planning

While testing and interviewing our users. We discovered that Knowledge and help were a missed opportunity. Users found it difficult to complete their business continuity plans and admin would need to sit with their department leads and help them fill out their plan. We made it easy to get the help they needed and helped complete more plans.
