The Crafts Man

I always felt the Craftsman tool brand needed a mascot. Here's my idea: "The Crafts MAN". A barrel-chested, grisled man's man. He's constantly covered in saw dust. Wears those suspenders with the rulers on them. Has this crazed look in his eyes under his safety glasses is from spending too much time in the shop, possibly too much time alone in some remote location. His only companion is his set of Craftsman tools. His beard is coarse and wiry. He wears a beanie. He's a Midwestern guy. When he talks his voice is pure gravel: not so much a speaker of words, but the grunter of guttural sounds that some how form consonants that resemble speech. The ground shakes when he walks. A true BAMF.
