Buddha Machines

This is a flat illustration of two Buddha Machines, brought about during my series of tool illustrations. Buddha Machines are a sort of "anti-iPod" that play only one of nine ambient/electronic loops at a time. They're small (2 packs of playing cards?) and are rather minimal in design. The musical loops and device are created by the group FM3.

Anyways, I find the buddha machine to be immensely peaceful at helping me focus on my design when times are most hectic. If you get a chance, you should check out the loops online or order one yourself!
