Here is my idea of how you can manage your orders and assign couriers, to deliver the order as soon as possible to the client.
The app allows you to monitor all couriers who are currently working. Through a big map, you can easily check on the status of a particular order, see which courier is late and who's available - then you can pick him to deliver an order.
