BC Children's Hospital: Cystic Fibrosis Therapy Game

For kids with Cystic Fibrosis, bi-daily therapy sessions are an unpleasant requirement to maintain healthy lungs. To make it more rewarding, we worked with BCCH to create an engaging avatar-based game. The game aims to help kids correctly and consistently complete their breathing exercises. Kids are rewarded with coins, used to outfit their avatar. By adding an extra incentive, a fun and vibrant character that the kids got to make their own, we made the therapy process more fun.
