This was actually an internal project that Underbelly let whoever wanted to design a patch participate in. It was awesome to see all of the designs come to life when our order of the actual patches came in.

I approached this project with thinking about the biker gang patches that I've seen in the past and simple but impactful they were. I trying to incorporate a tone of detail in the first design of this patch and it wasn't going anywhere. I realized that the message I was trying to convey was getting swallowed up by detail. Once I started removing unnecessary elements the design finally came to life! sort of speak..
