Kwartier iPhone App [GIF]

A concept for a neighborhood-watch app for iPhone called Kwartier (dutch for quarter). You can connect with your neighbors and receive their reports when, for example, someone's sneaking in the garden. Reports stay alive for 15 minutes, so there is a short time-limit to react and help the neighbor. When there's no reaction the message will be send to the nearby police officer of that hood.
