We had the pleasure of working on a website revamp project for a newly emerging industry, Tymber - the SaaS platform for growing cannabis retailers to attract, convert and retain their own customers with their own SEO-friendly e-commerce website.

Tymber had a unique product.

They helped cannabis dispensaries to build a successful, scalable ecommerce business. Their customers weren’t comparison shopping, because nothing like them existed out there. The alternatives weren’t great either.

As for the website, the team felt they’d outgrown their old branding and content. It was out of touch with how they speak to customers in real life. It didn’t represent them. It was bland, and the design system refused to scale.

We knew we had to change things up.

Our goal for the new website was to be more fun and engaging. Tymber wanted to tell their story, help customers relate to their product, and convert visitors into demos.

We collaborated with Tymber on crystal-clear messaging that differentiates their product messaging. From storytelling value-focused copy, clean product visuals, and interactive elements, we built a clean, fun website on Webflow that’s super easy to manage.

The end result was a conversion-focused, bold and modern website that helps visitors relate with the brand, understand what the product can do, and convert visitors into lasting customers.
