However unique and special we are as human beings, there are always common, repeated through cultures, patterns of behavior that pave our way into particular social groups, determine our role in the surrounding environment.
UX/UI design, like many other professions, is highly dependent on a “persona”. It’s the creativity, the point of view and the methods that are essential for designer’s work. They distinguish us and unite at the same time. Eventually they become our common ground, very much alike Jung preached.
Based on Jung’s ideas and our observations of UX/UI industry, we in Cadabra created our own 10 designer archetypes!  Â
Each archetype has a unique set of skills, strengths, and peculiarities. Each archetypal character approaches problems in a special way and each one contributes unique solutions to the team tasks.
