The concept I've made for a moving company sales tool. It's a unified inbox page, showing messages from all leads in one place.

It's supposed to be used by both sales and managers, where sales would be able to access only the leads they are responsible for, and managers would have an overview of all the ongoing communication.

The right drawer is the summary of the relevant lead information, helping sales people have context while writing messages.
