Modern and Elegant Typography Letter Q
My unhealthy fascination with typography.
For someone who isn't much of a talker or a writer this seems rather contradictory at first. Typography is used to express those things.
But I think it is the medium that fascinates me. There are endless types of different type faces and styles.
All of them with different genres that express a different feel and have their own voice. Similar to how music is.
The undeniable beauty of typography is the nuances between every type face.
WHY ARE THERE SO MANY? How different can they all be?
Very different, very much a case-by-case basis.
The thing is that you don't need to notice the technical intricacies/differences in the loops, kerning, stems, ears, etc. to notice the effect it has on you or an audience.
Understanding how to control those effects is where my fascination lies.
