Why do we care?
Probo is a platform where two participants with different opinions can put their views at a mutually agreeable price and win rewards. Because it is like trading stocks, yet it is very different from that experience, we were finding ways to engage users more.
The hypothesis was that engaged users would lead to retained users and, in turn, higher LTV (life time value)
So we set out to understand:
How do users find events of interest?
What problems do they face while trading on Probo?
