Sometimes the health of a particular team is influenced by the actions of those further up the hierarchy. In this case, the Monkey See and Transformers teams on the right aren't in a great shape. But since they're both downstream from the Directors team, maybe that's where the problem lies?

A small pause on hover before the team's details pop up, because it's useful to sweep the mouse across the screen to see the different connections highlighted before settling on a team to investigate.
