We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team, dedicated to enhancing the user experience and interface of our AI-driven photography app and business solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' and clients' needs across the advertising, fashion, lifestyle, tourism, and hospitality sectors. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and implementing user feedback into iterative design enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our AI-driven photography app and business solutions, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with product managers to understand feature specifications and ensure that design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate, high-fidelity implementations of your designs, providing clear design specifications and guidelines.
Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed to guide product development.
Utilize and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency in UI/UX standards across all products and platforms.
Analyze user feedback and app performance metrics to identify areas for design improvement and optimization.
Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance the product design and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Must have 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with a focus on mobile apps and B2B solutions.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX solutions across various platforms.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Solid understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to clearly convey your design decisions to different stakeholders.
